John Farago is a former director of Bunzl PLC, a large multi-national public company with headquarters in London. For some years he was Chairman and Chief Executive of their Australian operations. After retiring from full-time work he was for a time director of the voluntary organisation Third Age Network. As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts he participated in the "Tomorrow's Company" Inquiry Network and chaired the study groups: "New definitions and measures of success" and "Learning Individuals in Learning Organisations". He was one of the founding directors of the Society for Organizational Learning in UK. He describes himself as a life long learner. The present project has developed out of his learning from those experiences and his collaboration with Donnie Kohut who is now Mrs. Donnie Farago.
Donnie Farago
Donnie Farago creates loving relations wherever she goes. She is an Energy Field Therapist and a Reiki Master. She treats people (and dogs and horses) in order to reduce or eliminate tension, pain and illness. For more than three and a half years she worked as a Reiki therapist in the Oncology Department of the NHS Kent and Canterbury Hospital - and at the Hospital’s Supportive Therapy Unit. For eleven years she has organized a team of complementary therapists for the homeless charity Crisis at Christmas. As Donnie Kohut she was a regular guest broadcaster on BBC Radio. In Leeds and around the country, Donnie worked as a set stylist and flower arranger for television, film and photographic studios. She is a trained Colour Analyst and Image Consultant who has advised large and small companies as well as individual men and women. She and John now live and work in Deal.
